Only to be left wondering, is Salamander still just floating around in the vortex screaming? I mean, does it kill you, do you end up in another time, what does it do to you? Jack was in it for that time he was piggy-backing the TARDIS and that apparently killed him I suppose, but Salamander was just thrown into it not traveling through it….I don’t know. It’s just one of the creepier Classic Who deaths to think about.
